bdb9 Terms and Conditions

bdb9 ("we", "platform", or "site") operates an online gaming and betting service for Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bdb9 and apply to all services, software, games, and content on the platform.

These Terms have been written in Bengali and prepared with the convenience of Bangladeshi users in mind. In the event of any ambiguity, bdb9's interpretation shall be considered final.

bdb9 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use bdb9's services. Opening an account by anyone under the minimum age is strictly prohibited. bdb9 may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bdb9 reserves the right to restrict services for users in certain areas or regions. It is entirely your responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal in your area.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Disclosing this information to any third party is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out on your account — whether authorized or not. Notify bdb9's support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity or lose access to your account.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Always log in from a secure network.
• Log out at the end of every session.
• Never write down your login credentials or share them with anyone.

bdb9 will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or email. If anyone claiming to be a bdb9 representative asks for this information, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing money to bdb9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

The account used for the deposit must be registered in your name. Deposits made using a third party's account are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the withdrawal being delayed or suspended.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Once processing has begun, a deposit transaction cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins; once processing has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdb9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw earnings from the bonus.

Earnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions; the terms stated on the offer page will apply.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• bdb9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If manipulation or irregular betting patterns are suspected, the bonus and any associated earnings may be cancelled.
• For VIP cashback bonuses, the rules of the relevant VIP tier apply.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a user loses their internet connection or experiences any other technical issue, any bet placed in an ongoing round will be settled as normal.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to place bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final; if odds change after an event has started, any bet already accepted will remain at the original odds.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the account.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Game results are entirely impartial and not predetermined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdb9 platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage in games or bonuses through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage and concealing such vulnerabilities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or identity theft.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or hacking directed at the platform.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, bdb9 reserves the right to cancel the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.

9.1 bdb9's Rights

bdb9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• A court order or legal obligation.

9.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed. If a balance remains after the account is closed, it must be claimed through the support team.

9.3 Technical Maintenance

The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or upgrades. Users will be notified in advance where possible, though this may not always be feasible.

The bdb9 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. bdb9's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, system outages, disruptions to third-party services, or any other cause.

bdb9 is not responsible for financial losses arising from a user's own gaming decisions. Online gaming and betting are risky activities — participate consciously and responsibly.
